and automatically to regularly download your important data into our storage

Monitoring Station Security Our central monitoring station is housed in a bunker entirely
surrounded by concrete, with access through man-trapped doors. We utilise both
Telstra and Telecom networks to give us line diversity. In the case of malfunction
of equipment on site we have full back up facilities including power generators,
or in the case of a major catastrophe such as earthquake, we have the ability
to monitor alarms from any of the major centres within New Zealand. Continuation
of service can be guaranteed irrespective of the situation. Our monitoring station
is one of the most secure in New Zealand and complies with AS2201.2-2001, the
A grade standard for monitoring station. Customer Care Programme
